The South African champions defeated the Pakistani champions by nine wickets to win their first World Championship of Legends championship, and AB de Villiers stole the show with an incredible century. After winning the toss, Mohammad Hafeez, the captain of the Pakistan Champions, decided to bat first. With 76 runs by Sharjeel Khan, Pakistan managed to post 195 for 5 in the 20 overs they were allotted. Hardus Viljoen (2 for 38) and Wayne Parnell (2 for 32) each took two wickets for South Africa. Thanks to AB de Villiers' 120 not out off 60 balls, the Proteas easily made it home during the chase.
Asif Ali and Umar Amin destroyed the South African bowlers, scoring 61 runs off just 31 deliveries. This came after Sharjeel Khan scored 76 runs off 44 balls, a scorching half-century. However, Wayne Parnell's stats of 2/32 in four overs made him the best bowler. Additionally, Hardus Viljoen claimed a few wickets. In 20 overs, the Pakistani champions concluded at 195/5.

Aaron Phangiso was directing the team, and De Villiers was playing as a specialist batter due to a hamstring ailment. He was pleased to announce his third T20I century in the series after entering as the Impact Player. With just 47 balls, the Pretoria native reached his milestone.
He hit 12 fours and seven sixes to end undefeated at 120 off 60 balls, setting the stage for South Africa's resounding victory. Another important player was JP Duminy, who joined Mr. 360 in a partnership of 125 off 65 balls. The Southpaw put South Africa in a solid position by smashing an undefeated half-century after growing fond of the Pakistani bowlers. Duminy scored 50 from 28 balls to finish undefeated.
Additionally, De Villiers was dropped a few times, which infuriated the Pakistani fans in the stands. He scored a match-winning hundred to make them pay. With nine wickets remaining, South Africa easily won in 16.5 overs.
