Since Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is scheduled to be re-released in theatres this season, fans of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are in for a nostalgic treat! The makers of the 2009 release revealed on Tuesday that the cherished movie will be re-released in theatres on October 25. This will allow a new generation of fans to experience the allure of this timeless masterpiece. Sharing the announcement of the re-release on the internet, Tips Films wrote, "Celebrate love and friendship as Prem and Jenny return to cinemas! #AjabPremKiGhazabKahani re-releasing in cinemas on October 25th."

Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, which starred Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor in key roles, was a box-office success. Fans were captivated by the film's narrative, humorous tone, and catchy soundtrack. The plot centres on Jenny (played by Katrina), a Christian girl from Goa, and Prem (played by Ranbir), a carefree teenager who falls in love. Viewers are taken on an enjoyable voyage of miscommunications and humour as they follow their love story.

The news of the re-release has made the fans dizzy with anticipation. The internet is buzzing with tweets and posts about the movie hitting the theatres. Regarding his career, Ranbir Kapoor will feature in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's forthcoming film Love and War, costarring Alia Bhatt. Meanwhile, Merry Christmas was the last time we saw Katrina. Kaif plays Maria in the Sriram Raghavan-directed movie, which also stars South actor Vijay Sethupathi.
