One of the most anticipated movies of 2025 is Sitaare Zameen Par. The film, which was directed by R.S. Prasanna and produced by Aamir Khan, also features Aamir in the major role. The movie is scheduled to open in theatres on June 20, but before then, Moviegoers are praising the film and sharing their good thoughts in a video that has gone viral online of Aamir visiting a theatre and engaging directly with the audience.

The spiritual follow-up to his 2007 hit song Taare Zameen Par is Sitaare Zameen Par. In the movie, a basketball coach trains neurodivergent adults as a kind of community service. Before its release, the well-known novelist and philanthropist Sudha Murty, who recently went to a special screening of the movie, praised Sitaare Zameen Par, saying it is incredibly moving and brilliantly portrayed while highlighting a significant societal issue.

Sitaare Zameen Par Gets High Praises:

Many people don't understand these kids, therefore, Sitaare Zameen Par is an eye-opener, she added. According to her, Aamir's film is really lovely, showing how sensitive and kind they are. She said, "They always smile because they are so simple in their approach to life. When someone achieves what you have not achieved, you still enjoy it when someone is enjoying it. These are very great and philosophical lessons that you learn from these people, and the film includes them. This movie can bring a lot of changes, actually, and it can also make people sensitive to the issue of intellectual disability, and one should not look down upon them.”

Aamir went on to discuss how the performers with special needs had a great time on set in another video. He went on to say that while disputes between creatives are common during filming, this production had none at all. Additionally, he claimed that dealing with the film's disabled kids didn't change anything for him

The spiritual follow-up to Aamir's 2007 breakthrough film Taare Zameen Par is this sports comedy-drama.
