IPL 2025 Qualifier 2: Punjab Kings vs. Mumbai Indians on June 1. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will host the game, which will determine the second team in this year's IPL final. At 7:30 PM, it will begin. Punjab advanced to the final in 2014 after defeating the Kolkata Knight Riders in Qualifier 1 and defeating the Chennai Super Kings in Qualifier 2. But they lost against KKR in the final. They only made it to an IPL final once.
Mumbai, on the other hand, has already advanced to and won five IPL finals. They were defeated by Royal Challengers Bangalore in Qualifier 2 in 2011. They have only lost Qualifier 2 once, in 2023. That game was won by the Gujarat Titans. In 2013, Mumbai won the trophy after defeating the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2 after losing to CSK in Qualifier 1. In 2017, they defeated KKR in Qualifier 2 but lost to Rising Pune Supergiant. They won their second title after defeating Pune in the final. Punjab will only be the second IPL club after MI to win the championship after losing Qualifier 1 if they win both Qualifier 2 and the final.

In IPL 2025, Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium has generated some outstanding batting surfaces. Because the pitches have stayed the same throughout the matches, chasing teams have also performed well, and 200-plus totals have been common.
