Trent Boult to Rejoin Mumbai Indians for Remainder of IPL 2025

According to reports, Trent Boult, a pacer for the Mumbai Indians (MI), would be available for the rest of the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL). Currently ranked fourth in the Purple Cap competition, the left-arm bowler leads MI in wickets taken. Boult, who took 18 wickets at an economy rate of 8.49, was the five-time champions' most costly purchase at the super auction, costing INR 12.5 crore. He was voted Player of the Match for his greatest performance against Sunrisers Hyderabad, as he took four wickets for 26 runs.

Notably, the border tensions between India and Pakistan caused a one-week suspension of the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League. On May 17, the IPL will restart, with M.
