Ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) season, legendary cricketer MS Dhoni gave his supporters good news by being retained. For at least another year, the former captain of the Chennai Super Kings will be seen wearing the uniform. His fans are now anxiously awaiting the start of the lucrative league's eighteenth season. However, the wicketkeeper-batter was spotted having fun with friends and family before the upcoming season. In the social media space, a video has been going viral.

The entertaining video, which went viral on social media, showed the cricketing great dancing with his family on a fun and lively occasion. The video, which was shot against the tranquil backdrop of what looked to be their hotel grounds, exuded warmth and joy and gave fans a rare look at Dhoni's private side.

Sakshi Singh Rawat, MS Dhoni's wife, was spotted dancing to a Pahadi song, which is a folk tune from a hilly area of northern India. It is important to remember that Sakshi and Dhoni both have ancestry from the Uttarakhand state's Almora area. When sports analyst Mufaddal Vohra posted the video on X, it immediately became well-known and received over 81,000 views. Fans' touching responses to the happy moment were all over the comment section.Β 

Speaking of the well-known IPL team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), they had INR 55 crore left over when they went into the IPL 2025 mega auctions in Saudi Arabia. They were able to re-purchase a number of their important players from the 2024 Indian Premier League, including the young Kiwi all-rounder Rachin Ravindra and the prolific New Zealand batsman Devon Conway.
