On Wednesday, October 2, prominent Indian batsman Virat Kohli was spotted supporting Mehidy Hasan Miraz's bat on social media. The all-rounder from Bangladesh gave Kohli a tour of his bat manufacturing business, "MKS," and said that he had previously given the Indian player a bat. He continued by saying that after playing with the bat and liking it, Kohli, 35, was asked to comment on the willow's quality.
It's interesting to note that the previous captain of India spoke Bengali before moving to Hindi and English. He praised the bats' excellent quality and urged them to continue their hard work. In the viral video, Kohli was heard saying, “MKS bat, Khub Bhalo Achi (MKS bat is very good). Very good bat, keep doing the good work. You make very good-quality bats. Continue this work and provide cricketers with quality bats."

India skipper Rohit Sharma also wished success to Mehidy for establishing a business endeavour. The 37-year-old wished Mehidy's business success and described him as a "very good player." He went on to say, "Mehidy and I go back a long way. He is a fantastic cricket player, and I am proud of him for founding his own bat business alongside a couple of his pals. May God bless him with success, and I wish him all the best. I hope this business succeeds more than others."
In the meantime, India won the Test series 2-0 against Bangladesh. Next up, a three-match Twenty20 International series between the Men in Blue and the Bangla Tigers will begin on October 6. The team, which includes seasoned players Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dube, and Sanju Samson, will be captained by Suryakumar Yadav.
On the other hand, Varun Chakaravarthy will return, and Harshit Rana has also been called up. As Rohit, Kohli, and Ravindra Jadeja have departed, India is now keen to develop new stars, therefore the focus will be on Abhishek Sharma, Rinku Singh, and Riyan Parag in the interim.
