‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ Starts Early with March 18 Paid Previews

With a huge theatrical premiere scheduled for March 19, Dhurandhar 2's producers are making every effort to generate excitement for the movie. The team is preparing for an aggressive box office opening. Paid preview screenings are set to start on March 18 at 5 PM in India. Aditya Dhar and Jio Studios have agreed to show paid trailers for Dhurandhar 2 in India, commencing at 5 PM on March 18.

This action is being taken in response to the high level of anticipation among viewers nationwide who want to see the movie as soon as possible. Additionally, the Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge's nearly four-hour length restricts how much of it may be shown on opening day. The film's presale will open tomorrow after the trailer is released, as was previously rumoured. The highly anticipated Dhurandhar 2 trailer is scheduled to debut tomorrow at 11:01 AM, and ticket sales for the paid previews are anticipated to open soon after.

Bollywood Hungama quotes a source saying, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge is scheduled for a release on Thursday, March 18. As per the latest development, the film will have paid previews on Wednesday, March 18. Shows will commence from 5:00 pm onwards. There’s tremendous urgency to see the film, and hence, Jio Studios and B62 Studios are confident that the film can set a record for the highest collections through paid previews.”

Previews are useful for the movie in several ways. Previews on the eve of the day before make sense because Thursday is a national holiday for Eid. Due to the film's length—nearly four hours—there will be fewer screenings on the day of its release. Previews also aid in this by providing additional shows on the opening day. Some theatres will probably show the movie nonstop from Wednesday at 5 PM until the following day.
