'He made the fan cry...' - Netizens Angry at Riteish Deshmukh for 'Rude Behaviour' with a Young Fan

For many years, actors Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza have been regarded as one of Bollywood's most adored couples. They have received recognition for their endearing tale of love, humorous couple videos, and modest, grounded demeanour.

His supporters were extremely taken aback when they discovered an unpleasant video of him. Riteish is seen walking to the screening hall while holding Genelia's hand in the widely shared video. A small child approaches the pair and tries to grab a selfie among a swarm of admirers and photographers. Riteish seems to push down the boy's hand and keep going without recognising the fan. As the pair leaves, the toddler, clearly discouraged, stands still.

Riteish led his wife past a mob of fans to the screening hall while holding her hand, as captured on camera by paparazzi at the recent premiere of Genelia's Sitaare Zameen Par. A young youngster came up to the pair in the middle of all of this and took out his phone to take a selfie with them. Riteish quickly shoved the boy's hand down, preventing him from taking a photo. The youngster appeared depressed about what had transpired as the actors left.

Thousands of comments were posted on the video as it circulated online, expressing dissatisfaction with Riteish's impolite behaviour. A comment read, "His face looks like he is crying on the spot." Another said, "Housefull jaise movie banake aisa attitude hai bhai." Meanwhile, a netizen said, "Mujhe malum nhi ati kyu aise attitude walo ko pss log jate ho."

Riteish last appeared with Abhishek Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and a number of other actors in Housefull 5. Starring alongside Aamir Khan, Genelia's Sitaare Zameen Par was launched this Friday.
